About Our Affiliate Relationships

Otaki.org.nz is a participant in affiliate marketing programs operated by various online casinos and gaming operators. When you click on casino links or buttons on our site and complete a registration or deposit, we may earn an affiliate commission at no additional cost to you.

Independence of Reviews and Rankings

We want to be clear: our affiliate commissions do not influence our editorial rankings, casino reviews, or recommendations. Our casino ratings are based on independent analysis of factors including player safety, licensing, game selection, payment methods (including Paysafecard options), customer support, and overall user experience. We rank and review casinos according to our own merit-based criteria, regardless of commission structures.

How to Identify Affiliate Links

Affiliate and sponsored links on otaki.org.nz are clearly marked with labels such as "Affiliate Link," "Sponsored," or "Play Now." These visual indicators help you understand which links may generate commission for us. Non-affiliate educational and informational links are not marked.

Compliance Statement

This disclosure complies with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Ethics and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (New Zealand). We are committed to transparent advertising practices and honest representation of our relationships with casino operators.

Your Responsibility

We encourage readers to conduct their own research before engaging with any online casino. Verify that any casino holds valid licensing and meets New Zealand's gambling regulations. We are not responsible for individual gambling choices or outcomes. Gamble responsibly.
